One oven, one kettle, and far too many pearls.
noffy is two people, a 4 m² kitchen and a corner of Soi Ari 1. Mint bakes; Tae makes the tea. We opened in 2023 with a second-hand deck oven, a stock pot for pearls and the idea that a bakery and a bubble-tea bar belong in the same room.
Why buns and boba?
Because that's what we ate growing up: a hot butter bun from the corner bakery and a bag of cha yen on the walk to school. Most places in Bangkok make you choose. We didn't want to.
Why so small?
A small oven means small batches, and small batches mean nothing sits around. We'd rather sell out at four than sell you yesterday's croissant. Day-old goes half price at six — or becomes tomorrow's almond croissant.
So far
- 2023
Opened on Soi Ari 1 with one deck oven and four things on the menu. Butter buns sold out by nine.
- 2024
The tea bar. We started cooking our own pearls after a month of hating the frozen ones.
- 2025
A second oven, so croissants finally joined the tray. The Thai tea cream cheese one happened by accident.
- 2026
This website, pickup ordering, and whole cakes to pre-order. Still two of us. Still one corner.
What we stand by
Fresh over stock
Three bakes a day. Pearls every four hours. Nothing frozen, nothing from yesterday at full price.
Real ingredients
Tea leaves, not powder. Brown sugar, not syrup from a pump. Fresh milk from Saraburi, flour from a mill we've visited.
Kind to the soi
Compostable cups, ฿10 off when you bring your own, and leftover buns go to the temple next door at close.
The two of us
Mint
Baker
Up at 4:30. Will talk about lamination for as long as you let her.
Tae

Runs the kettle and the pearl pot. Drinks his own boba at 25%.
